Microneedling is an advanced treatment that is excellent for age management or treating acne scars. A motorized pen is used to create tiny channels in the skin where specialty products can be introduced into the deepest layers of the skin to enhance results and stimulate collagen and elastin production and growth. The surface of the skin remains intact and healthy. A 5% lidocaine product is used to numb the skin prior to the treatment to alleviate any discomfort. This treatment includes a deep cleanse, a numbing cream applied for client comfort and Stem Cell serum from AnteAge is used for glide and penetration. Following the needling, a soothing Peptide gel mask and LED facial panel session are included. A series of treatments are generally needed for age management and may be performed every four weeks. For acne scarring, every two weeks is best, but results can be seen with treatment every four weeks as well. This is a completely custom and unique treatment.
